You will notice that when I first started this blog, all the articles will be mostly focused on self improvement topics but I decided to also post some interesting tidbits of my daily life here on the blog as well.
Plus it give my readers a chance to get to know me better! :).
Last year my husband and I adopted a Siberian Husky from the local pound. We just bought a house in the suburb and I was working from home.
So we decided having a pet will be a nice addition to our little family and possibly keep me company while I am working.
My husband loves huskies but he never own one at home before while I have a mutt as a pet while growing up. For me, I really have no particular preference about the dog’s breed but then I decided to check the local pound website and voula!
We saw this cute husky picture on the site and from the information gleaned, he was a stray (probably escape from his owner and the owner decide to not want him back).
We went to the pound the next morning and we immediately was attracted to this cute dog. Even though he wasn’t paying attention to us during the “meet and greet”, my husband and I decided to adopt him.
To our surprise he was potty trained and he knows a few tricks: sit, and shake. I taught him the roll over trick and here is the result of our efforts:
