Whether you believe in the mystical workings of the “Universe” or not, there is no denying that many people who have such a tremendous positive outlook in their lives often become successful.
People who let go of anger, pride, and all sorts of negativity despite how ruined their day was, end up going to sleep with irrevocable peace of mind and happiness.
This is not fantasy.
People, who may be viewed by skeptics as overly optimistic, have their own stories that happened at least once in their lives when the so-called Law of Attraction proved to be indeed effective.
Keeping a smile on your face the whole day is usually next to impossible when you have tons of things to do at the office and your boss is mad at you.
When you are set to meet with a big client for your business, being all too confident about sealing a great deal is not always easy to orchestrate when deep inside your tummy makes funny noises.
Being nervous and negative can take a toll on our health.
Even taking a diagnostic test on a topic you have been passionate about all your life can become intimidating at times.
The Law of Attraction is definitely easier said than done.
While it is an old concept, the apparent logic of the Law of Attraction became a hit all over the world when a book and video clips called The Secret debuted in pop literature and bookstores.
The key thing to remember is to think and entertain good thoughts and concrete plans while putting the bad sides out of the window.
In this way, your positive vibes will attract great results.
If you fill your mind with negative thoughts, then you better not be surprised if trouble or headache comes knocking at your door.
In short, the Law of Attraction is to prioritize your mind and heart over a goal.
This “Universe” will grant it if you do not falter to believe on it. But sometimes, for skeptics, it is as if the person practicing the Law of Attraction is simply outrageous for not being “realistic” enough.
There are several celebrities and big names in public and corporate administrations that have been reported as fans of the famous Law of Attraction concept.
One notable name for this generation is singer Lady Gaga. Despite her undeniable talents, Lady Gaga still holds on to the Law of Attraction for a successful career.
Hollywood actors like Will Smith, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Jim Carrey have been practicing the concept for their careers too.
Look at how much they have contributed to the entertainment industry and the personal gain they have had for decades now because of it!
Fun fact: former governor Schwarzenegger had his own vision board when he was little that contained pictures of bodybuilders. Isn’t he one of the most masculine and toned bodies out there in the industry despite his age?
But probably one of the most outspoken believer of the Law of Attraction is “woman leader” and media mogul Oprah Winfrey.
Since 2008, Oprah has been entertaining interviews where she would discuss her in depth belief in the concept. She has since been talking about it in her shows until late last year.
So, now, how do you actually attract and practice this concept?
Method and whatnots
People think that by merely saying positive things and thinking about them are enough to have a guaranteed shot at the Law of Attraction.
They think that the only effort they need to exert to make this a reality is just by repeated mantras.
What “newbies” need to know is that a certain level of energy – emotional energy – is needed to make the Universe work in your favor.
They also easily give up when weeks have passed and nothing has happened yet with their simple wishes.
When you practice the Law, patience should always come in handy!
Take note, the Law of Attraction is not a magic pill or a magician’s hat where anything could be possible to sprout from.
Just like what Schwarzenegger did when he was younger, putting vision boards certainly help a lot.
If you want to attract good vibes for an out of town trip with family, then you should act like it is already happening.
Be jolly and keep it that way.
Many people also pick photographs of places they have always dreamed of visiting, then in a short span of time, those goals have been achieved.
A no-no is using words with negative connotations.
For example, you are uncontrollably fat for any medical reason, do not say “I will not grow fatter anymore.”
Instead, tell yourself that you are actually getting thinner.
If you want to say “I will never be an addict”, I suggest you tell yourself “I am perfectly healthy both in mind and body.
Users of the Law of Attraction say that for some odd reason, the Universe will get confused with wishes that have these words in them.
The Universe, the believers say, will tend to focus on the “not”, “never”, and “no” instead of what you actually want to convey.
While there are no known scientific proofs on the power of the Law of Attraction, there is also no law that prohibits ordinary people like you and me to use it in hopes of a better and more satisfied life.
There is really nothing to lose when one chooses to keep the practice intact.
If you think the Law of Attraction works for you, go ahead and wear your positivity every day, wherever you are, and in whatever you do.
Just do not remember to still keep your faith in God, or in your chosen Supreme Being.
If you believe in no particular named lord, then just stay positive and everything else will follow nicely.
It may not adhere to your exact plans, because it just might be even better.
